Mbale – Hon. Wakooli Godfrey Matembu, Member of Parliament Butiru County and representative of the Bugisu Parliamentary Caucus, has thrown his weight behind Hon. Miriam Mukhaye’s bid for the position of General Secretary of the NRM Parliamentary Caucus in the 12th Parliament.
