Mbale: Nrm Boss Wambogo, Mp Mukhaye, Mbale District Woman’s League Team Up To Vote Hunt For M7 & All Flagbearers

The Mbale District National Resistance Movement  (Nrm) Chairman, Mr. Wambogo Moses, Woman Member Of Parliament, Hon. Miriam Mukhaye & Mbale District Woman’s League Leadership Have Teamed Up To Vote Hunt For President  Yoweri Museveni & All Flagbearers. 

This was revealed during a meeting which was held yesterday 26th, November 2026 at Hon. Miriam Mukhaye’s residential Home.

While Hosting, Mbale District Woman’s League chairpersons at her home in Bungokho, Hon. Mirriam Mukhaye argued them to hit the grounds immediately and monilize for President.

In the meeting, Miriam Mukhaye tabled a number of achievements in her first term in Parliament, including a brand new ambulance.

According to miriam, she has achieved 70% of her 2021-2026 Manifesto.

It should be recalled that in 2021, Miriam Mukhaye promised to focus on health sector, education,  & Women empowerment, which she claimed to have achieved.

"While looking for votes in 2021, I promised to boost the health sectors, and I am happy that we are progressing, I've tried my best to make enough lobbying from private sector and Government"-Mukhaye.

She further told the women leaders that she went as far as using part of her salary to aquire a fully equipped brand new ambulance for the constituency. 

"As a Women representative, I found it necessary to procure a new ambulance to boost the  health sector, Mbale District is big and it has only two Ambulances, which are not enough, but we cant strain government because it is not only Mbale in need, at times we need to sacrifice our salary to uplift the sectors" - Mukhaye.

She also assured the women of her ongoing project of providing Mama kit, a besin to each mother who delivers from any government medical facility.

In her conclusion, Mukhaye asked the women's league chairpersons to embark on mobilizing for president Museveni and all nrm candidates.

Speaking at the function, Wambogo Moses, the Mbale District NRM Chairman tasked them to hit the ground and send more flagbearers than it was in 2021. 

"Avoid internal fights and vote hunting for independent candidates, as leaders i. Nrm, we need to follow protocol  and push for the nrm agenda. Go vote hunt for votes for our flagbearers"- Wambogo.

He concluded by calling upon all nrm leaders in Mbale District to promote president M7's slogan of "Protecting the gains" and also promote pdm programmes.
