Ritah Namuwenge, the head of the Emyooga program in Uganda, praised Assistant RCC for Mbale city Kadimba Hussein for his outstanding efforts in uniting the Banyole community in Eastern Uganda.
Speaking during Oluhuje event on Saturday at Nakaloke playground in Mbale city, Namuwenge applauded Kadimba who also serves as the president of Banyole outside Butaleja district for his exceptional mobilization skills and dedication to community development.
She noted that Kadimba’s leadership has not only strengthened unity among the Banyole but also inspired greater participation in government programs.
“This should be a lesson to President Museveni,” Namuwenge said. “The position he gave Kadimba is too small for a man of his caliber. He deserves a promotion to full RDC because he has shown he can truly mobilize.”
Namuwenge’s remarks were met with applause from community members, many of whom echoed her call for Kadimba's elevation in government service
