PHOTOS: Wamono Duly Nominated for Bungokho Central MP Race Pledges Better Service Delivery

Wamono George has been duly nominated to contest in the National Resistance Movement (NRM) party primaries for Member of Parliament ahead of the 2026 general elections.

Speaking shortly after his nomination, Wamono expressed gratitude to his constituents for their support. 


He pledged to continue delivering services to the community as the party’s aspirant for Member of Parliament in Bungokho Central Constituency, Mbale District.  

"My people, I assure you that I am now with you in full swing. What we have done on the ground speaks for itself, and I pledge to continue delivering more services to our communities," he said.  


He highlighted his ongoing initiatives, including clean water supply, support to churches and mosques, and empowering women’s savings groups. 

Wamono said, we shall reach every corner to provide more support to our people during my campaigns urging voters to stand with him.


He emphasized his track record and commitment to lobbying for improved social services, such as better healthcare, education, and road infrastructure, if elected to Parliament.
