Police in Mbulamuti area of Kamuli district yesterday raided a rally held by Noet Nangobi, Rebecca Kadaga’s Opponent in Mbulamuti township.
According to sources, it is said that Nangobi was celebrating her Victory after a successful nomination process.
Nangobi move was to urge residents to vote for her as the Kamuli MP on the NRM card but was intercepted by Police and the rally was stopped.
Speaking to our reporter, Nangobi said that police wasn't fair and was segregating there candidate.
"They claim I was not authorised by Security to hold a rally, this wasn't even a rally it was a simple event organised to celebrate my successful nomination process"- She said.
