From an Educationist enterprises to politics, Mr Augustus Mulenga, commonly known a King Ceasor is gaining momentum in the league of politics countrywide. Over the weekend King Ceasor was overwhelmed by a great welcomed in West Nile, by NRM party leaders and members, where he was endorsed as sole candidate for the position of NRM National Chairperson Entrepreneur's league.

King Ceasor is in the race with his rival Basajjabalaba of KIU.

While making his remarks, king Ceasor noted that he is a man of action not words. 

But Who is Augustus Mulenga, Aka King Ceasor?

Based on the available information, Caesar Augustus Mulenga, he owns St. Augustine International University University located on Gabba road in Kampala & a big orphanage, which take care to about 400 orphans. 

Background: A prominent Ugandan businessman, philanthropist, and self-proclaimed "King" of the Mulenga Development Kingdom. He is also known as the Honorary Consular General of Vietnam to Uganda, appointed in 2017.

Achievements:Founded the Mulenga Development Kingdom, focusing on poverty alleviation and education, supporting over 400 beneficiaries since 2013.

Contributes significantly to church projects, notably pledging 200 million UGX to St. Augustine Musamba Catholic Church and supporting Catholic churches in Kisoro.

Owns telecommunications corporations in southwest Uganda and South Sudan and serves as a principal at Saint Augustine University.

Known for his role in the National Resistance Army against religious separatists and his connections with Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni.

In 2025, he was noted as a candidate for the NRM Entrepreneurs League Chair, recognized for his business and visionary leadership.

Personal Life: Inspired by his late father, Didas Umushirahamwe Uwiragiye, who left a legacy of hard work and savings of 500 million UGX for church projects.

Controversy: Faced a legal dispute with the Muhabura Diocese, which attempted to stop his donations to churches, but he won the court case, emphasizing his commitment to supporting religious institutions.
