Masaba Muhamood speaks out after successful NRM party elections, calls on opponents to respect NRM guidelines


Hon. Masaba Muhamood Mutenyo, the official NRM flag bearer for Bungokho County Central in Mbale District, has finally broken the silence after the successful NRM party electhe emerged winner.

In an engagement with this media agency, Masaba clarified his silence as he was awaiting NRM party guidelines since elections petitions were ongoing 

After elections, the NRM party formulated a tribunal to handle the aggrieved cadres petitioning any irregularities in the electoral exercise.

Masaba told the media that he is now at liberty to appear to the public since no candidate has petitioned his victory.

He therefore called on the former competitors in the NRM primaries to rally behind his candidacy for maximum support to promote effective service delivery for Bungokho County Central in Mbale District.

He further commended people of Busano, Nabumali Town Council, Busoba, Bumbobi, Bungokho, Nyondo  Sub Counties for the maximum support given during the NRM primaries and therefore urges for the continued support in the forthcoming general elections.

In a call for unity, Masaba cautioned former competitors in  the just concluded NRM party elections to abide by the rules of the party, as moves to rally forces against the official candidate is against Bungokho County Central's development.

Masaba Muhamood Mutenyo has officially granted the NRM flag to tossle it out with other contenders in the forthcoming January Elections.
