Mwanga Two Court In Mengo Was left in shock, when one of accused in the trace pass case on Pr. Robert Kayanja's church, said that the man of God sodomoized him on gun point.
Peter Serugo, the first accused in the trespass & robbery case against Pastor Robert Kayanja's church, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to have gome to Kayanja's church to demand for the promised money, after allegedly being sodomoized by the Pr.
According to Serugo, they used to work for Pr. Kayanja by that time, and he used to promise them money to sodomoiz them.
He further told the court that he went to Kayanja's church in 2017 when he was only 16 years old. What took him there, was to get scholarship aid, following the Advert on Pastor Kayanja's TV, calling for those in need of academic assistance.
Serugo further said he went to the church with his brother Lyazi Henry, where they met their friend Joel Kalungi, who told them that their mother was working at the church, and helped them to see Pastor Kayanja.
When they arrived at the church, kalungi told them to wait for the pastor, who has set for them an appointment during an overnight.
"When it was five o'clock at night the pastor called those who wanted to be saved. We went to meet him and told him that we had come to get some scholarships"- Serugo before court.
Serugo said the pastor entrusted them and handed them to one of his employees called Papa Ivan, and told them the old man would handle everything they needed.
whoever needed the pastor will go through him now, and when we returned to church, they started preparing us for Bible college.
He further told court that shortly afterwards, the pastor called them in his black car, put windshield down, and told them that he would take care of their educational issues though requested them to work at his church as cleaners, gardeners etc, which they accepted.
Serugo surprised court when he said he was cleaning in the yard when Pastor Kayanja called him and told him to clean up and meet him in his office, upon arrival in office, he said the Man of God gave him a huge hug for about 6 minutes while slapping him on his boot.
"He soon started praising me as a handsome young man, promising to take me to all countries, and subsequently ordered me to take off my pants, but I refused. Upon refusal, the pastor brought out a pistol and told me that he could shoot me if I don't let him enter my a**s for 7 minutes"-Serugo.
Serugo also told court that after Pastor Kayanja bringing out a pistol and put it on the table, he told the Pastor that he would scream and tell his people that Pastor Kayanja wanted to kill him, though, it looked like this had no effect on Pastor.
"Pastor never cared about what I was saying. He gave me things which looked like a creams to apply it in a**s. I was helpless now and I had to go with whatever pastor kayanja told me"-Serugo before court.
He furthwr told court that Pastor Kayanja entered his office room and brought a blanket and ordered him to lie down, spreading his legs widely.
"While pastor was still sodomoizing me, he told me that he had a mission to spread homosexuality throughout Uganda and no one would stop him,and his allies"- Serugo.
After the rape, Sserugo said he went to look at himself bleeding heavily and that Pastor Kayanja ordered him to go and get cleaned up but that Sserugo told him that he would first run to the hospital for treatment.
"After the act l, Pastor Kayanja ordered to go and clean up my self, when I came out, of the washrooms, pastor ordered me to wait for for him to call his financing team to send him money"-Serugo.
He further told court that he was later taken for treatment where Pastor Kayanja gave him 4m cash to help him.
Shockingly, Serugo added that on various occasions, Pastor Kayanja had raped him and once he sent a white man to rape him as well and then gave him 2,000 dollars, which was taken away from him by Pastor Kayanja.
The case was adjourned to 6th of next month when another accused will testify.
