"We shall work on the Bayaga playground as soon as we get approvals from COU"- Emman Biara as he dismisses rumors of making false promises

The Bulambuli constituency NRM MP Flagbearer, Biara Emmanuel Wepukhulu has addressed the delay in leveling the Buyaga playground, citing that he's still awaiting a response from the Church of Uganda.

He explains that a letter seeking permission was sent through Reverend Gidudu to the Bishop,  church of Uganda.

Biara dismisses rumors of making false promises, reaffirming his commitment to upgrading the playground to national standards.

He pledges to move forward with the project as soon as he gets the green light from the church.
