Photos: Hon. Metrine Nanzala Musufwa Hosts Thanksgiving Ceremony for Supporters After Swearing-In

The Member of Parliament for Namisindwa County, Metrine Nanzala Musufwa, hosted more than 500 supporters at her home in Tsekuulu Sub-county during a thanksgiving ceremony held following her swearing-in as MP.

Speaking to supporters, Hon. Metrine expressed gratitude to the people of Namisindwa for entrusting her with leadership and promised to deliver quality services during her five-year term in office.

“I want to sincerely thank the people of Namisindwa for believing in me and voting me into Parliament. I will not let you down, and I am committed to serving all people equally,” Hon. Metrine said.

She further vowed to strongly defend the interests of her constituents and ensure improved service delivery across the district.

The event attracted several district leaders who congratulated the newly sworn-in legislator and pledged their support toward the development of Namisindwa District.

Among the leaders present was Emma Bwayo, the LC5 Chairperson of Namisindwa District, who congratulated Hon. Metrine upon her victory and called for unity among leaders.

“We must work together as leaders for the good of Namisindwa and ensure that services reach our people,” Bwayo said.

Also attending the ceremony was Hon Peace Khalayi, the Woman MP for Namisindwa District, who assured residents that district leaders would work closely together to improve service delivery.

“We are committed to working together as leaders to bring positive change and better services to the people of Namisindwa,” Hon. Khalayi noted.
