Delegates of the National Resistance Movement (NRM) from Mbarara District and Mbarara City have pledged their full support to the Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Hon. Anita Among, in her bid for the position of NRM 2nd National Vice Chairperson (Female).
The endorsement was made during a meeting in Mbarara where Speaker Among engaged local leaders on the effective implementation and oversight of government programs. She emphasized the role of the newly elected NRM structures in monitoring service delivery and ensuring that government initiatives reach the intended beneficiaries.
The delegates commended her leadership and reaffirmed their commitment to mobilize support and actively participate in the implementation of government programs at the grassroots.
