More than Ten thousand (10,000) youths in Bushigai Constituency, Bududa District have endorsed veteran politician, Mr. Namukowa Philip to represent them in parliament in 2026.
This happened over the weekend as Namukowa was on his ground mobilizations in serious villages that make up Bushigai Constituency.
Speaking to the publication, the former Bushigai constituency member of parliament contestant, Mr. Namukowa Philip vowed to win 2026, adding that this time he has maximum support from the youths, who happen to be the majority.
Namukowa made this statement while meeting with his former agents and coordinators in Budada over the weekend.
Namukowa further assured his support service delivery once elected in 2026.
"I don't want to keep far away from the grounds, I have helped and still helping my people in my constituency even if I never went through a member of parliament 3021-2026. I want to assure you my people that in 2026 we must be in the August House" said Namukowa
Hon. David wanendeya Wakikona is the current member of parliament Bushigai Constituency after winning in the 2021 General elections, though source has it that he is expected to retire from active politics.
