Yesterday, angry residents of Bugitimwa Subcounty warmly received the NRM MP Flagbearer Eng. Julius Nakiyi and pledged strong support for his MP bid of representing them in parliament in the furth coming 2026 general elections.

While making a sincere appeal that he should remain close to the community after winning.

They stressed the need for a leader who is present, accountable, and connected to the people—not only during campaigns but throughout his term. 

Many expressed confidence that Eng. Nakiyi has the humility and commitment to deliver.
