Business man Hamis Kiggundu has been sued over alleged unlawful demolition and land grabbing at a property owned by Namex Ministries Limited, alongside Kampala District Land Board, Kampala Capital City Authority, and Kiham Enterprises Uganda Limited.
The lawsuit claims that Kiggundu demolished four-storey commercial structures built by Namex Ministries on Nakivubo Road on March 7, 2026, allegedly deploying rogue security operatives and looting merchandise.
The court has given all accused 15 days to file their defence.
