Culprits Who Released Hon. Nakabuye's Video While She Was Massaging Hon. Mpindi In Parliament First Asked For 8m From Her.

Information on our desk has it that the culprits who released Hon. Juliet Nakabuye's Video where she was captured massaging Hon. Bumali Mpindi while in plenary on the 18th of May 2023 first asked for 8 Million shillings or else they let the video out to the public.

According to a family member who spoke to freeman News UG reporter, the culprits first called Hon Juliet Nakabuye's Personal assistant and demanded for eight million in order for them not to let the video out.

"I am just a PA to the woman MP, I don't have any authority of cashing out 8m, so I contacted her for guidance, after contacting Hon. Nakabuye, she told me not to give them a single coin because the video said video was valueless according to her'' Said the PA. 

The PA further informed us that the culprits kept reducing the fee till when they reached 2 millions, but still no coin was sent to them, at this point they let the video out.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

On the 18th of May 2023, a video circulated on social media showing Masaka City woman MP massaging  MP Mpindi Bumali in the neck, few minutes later, she then switched her hands to another male member of parliament.

The video clip circulated on Social media like wildfire and this happened during Parliament seating, where parliament passed the 2023/2024 National Budget after a marathon sitting on Thursday. 

The seating which commenced at 8 a.m. was  chaired by Speaker Rt. Hon. Anita Among. 

Motive and who let the video out remains in speculations
