NEWS:Lt.Gen. Muhoozi Jets Into Kenya, Holds Private Meeting With President Kenyatta

The Commander of Land Forces (CLF) Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, who is also the Presidential Advisor on Special Operations, recently held a private meeting with Kenyan president H.E Uhuru Kenyatta.

According to sources, Lt. Gen. Muhoozi, who is also the First Son, flew to Nairobi, Kenya, a few days ago aboard Uganda Airlines, to attend the scheduled meeting, which was held at the Kenyan Statehouse.

“It was an honour and pleasure to meet my big brother and friend President Uhuru Kenyatta in Nairobi recently. I also delivered to him a special message from H.E. @KagutaMuseveni.”

However, Muhoozi did not divulge details of his meeting with Kenyatta and decided to keep whatever they discussed confidential.

But it should be noted that for the past few months Muhoozi has been meeting leaders in various African countries some of which include; Rwanda’s Paul Kagame, Egypt’s, Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, Somalia’s Prime Minister Hussein Roble, among others.

His meeting with President Kagame in March this years was however a big turning point for the country  because it culminated into the reopening of Rwanda’s borders with Uganda, which had been close for over three years.
