Former NTV journalist, Joel Khamadi has replaced Samson Kasumba as NBS ‘Live at 9’ news reader.
Kasumba left Urban TV and joined NBS TV in 2016.
Earlier in the day, Next Media Services CEO, Kin Karisa shared a photo while in a conversation with Samson Kasumba and Joel Khamadi and tweeted “Transition can be troublesome and yet inevitable”
When time for Live at 9 clocked, instead of Kasumba being on set, he was filmed driving home lamenting
"And a season for every activity under the heavens, But i like verse 3 going in to 4, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to weep and a time to laugh, There is a time for Samson Kasumba but this is the time for Joel Khamadi, Thats life," Kasumba lamented.
