the execise dubbed ''Ushirikiano Imara 2022'' is being conducted in the districts of :jinja,Buikwe and Mayuge running from 27th may to 16 june 2022 , according to a statment from the uganda peoples defence forces UPDF .
Wanyoto noted that ''these integrated exercises can deal with emerging complex security challenges within the region and beyond that emerge from new threats like the current youth bulge and cybercrimes.
she further said that the trainning is aimed at rendering the necessary cooperatin on defence,security ,peace support operations,counter-terrorisms and piracy,among others to enable the fulfilment of planning and conducting operatins in an integrated manner .
