Here is Abby and Brittany, conjoined twins, they had a 1 in a Million chance of ever surviving to adulthood.

They did. They are teachers. And dating two different men.

they both have one vagina though, So many are left guessing about sex interquels, its pretty weird if both of you can feel the other's man inside them one would ask.

Abigail Loraine Hensel and Brittany Lee Hensel were born on  March 7, 1990, they are American conjoined twins. They are dicephalic parapagus twins (having two heads joined to one torso), and are highly symmetric for conjoined twins, giving the appearance of having a single body without marked variation from typical proportions. Each has a heartstomachspine, pair of lungs, and spinal cord. Each twin controls one arm and one leg. When they were infants, learning to crawl, walk, and clap required cooperation. They can eat and write separately and simultaneously. Activities such as running, swimming, hair-brushing, playing piano or volleyball, riding a bicycle, or driving a car require coordination.

The twins' lives have been covered in the popular media, including Life magazine and The Oprah Winfrey Show. They were interviewed on The Learning Channel in December 2006, discussing their daily lives and future plans. They starred in their own reality television series, Abby & Brittany, on TLC in 2012.[2][3]

Since 2013, the two have been teachers in Minnesota.

During their teens, Abby and Brittany landed their own reality series on TLC — the network often produces content that puts unique individuals at the center, allowing them to discuss their lives and rare health issues. The twins' show ran for one season and detailed their time before, during, and after college graduation.

Following their college graduation and the conclusion of their TLC series, Abby and Brittany Hensel stepped away from the public eye. In addition, neither has shared any photos on their joint Instagram account in about seven years.

Thus, we can safely assume that Abby and Brittany want to live ordinary lives out of the limelight, which is completely understandable based on the heavy media coverage they were subject to during adolescence.
