The event which took place in Busoba attracted public figures, politicians, and local leaders, including Hon. Richard Wanda, Member of parliament Bungokho Central, Hon. Wandwasi Robert, member of parliament Bungokho South, Mr Wamono George, Mp aspirant Bungokho Central and many other important guests.
While giving his remark at the event, Mr Muhamood Masaaba, cautioned against corruption and conniving with candidates to promote election malpractice in the party, as the party heads to its primaries.
"This office is so sensitive, it has many temptations, you are goings to get politicians with big money, who will attempt to bribe you during internal party elections, I request that you avoid such traps"-Masaba to Wambogo.
He further called upon the public most especially NRM leaders to mobilize for President M7 in the forthcoming 2026 general Elections.
Speaking before the media, the new NRM boss, Mr. Wambogo Moses pledged maximum Support and mobilize for President museveni and all NRM flag bearer in the forthcoming 2026 general elections.
"As an NRM district boss, I am entitled and mandated to support and implement president M7's ideology, which often highlight the role in stabilizing Uganda after years of conflict, economic growth (e.g., GDP per capita rising from $260 in 1986 to around $1,000 by 2022), infrastructure development (paved roads increased from 1,000 km in 1986 to 5,500 km by 2019), and initiatives like the Parish Development Model (PDM) aimed at grassroots wealth creation"-Mr Wambogo.
Wambogo is a senior youth NRM strong suppoter, who has headed different leadership positions.
