As we near January polls, the Industrial City Division Mp contestant, Wasukira Anthony is in fear of allegedly being cheated in the elections.
Wasukira claims that his opponent are planning to cheat him, he has further asked Minister Balaam Balugahare for security.

I received a call from an independent youthful candidate in Mbale city who said:
“Sir, you are our minister for young people. I am requesting for security on election day. Some bad actors are planning to rig my votes and cause chaos at polling stations. Kindly inform the CDF, Gen. @mkainerugaba, and the IGP, @igp_ug1, to protect us the focused and disciplined candidates and ensure that the people’s voices and choices are protected."
I have assured the young MP candidate that nobody will suppress his votes, and that the entire general election will be peaceful and transparent in accordance with the Independent Electoral Commission.
Those planning or funding chaos during the elections are hereby warned: the General MK joint security forces have the capacity and commitment to maintain law and order. Any acts of muchezo or manyanga will not be tolerated.
Seek votes peacefully or step aside.
My advise to all Young Ugandans . Do not be misled by untrustworthy politicians .
