Advocate Masereje’s Fraud Exposed: From Court Petitions To Name Change Manipulation In The Bamasaaba Succession Battle

This is how Advocate Masereje wanted to implement his resolution that was once passed in a meeting in Sironko District.

Once upon a time in a meeting in Buhugu, where Magistrate Namondo was the Chair and Masereje was Secretary/Chief Advisor, discussed several issues amongst them;That they should resist from being called Bamasaaba under IYM but Bagisu.

Discussed why they should continuously go to Mutoto for Imbalu and not start theirs in Mutufu. E.T.C

In 2020 March, Masereje petitioned court to scrap away Inzu Ya Masaba (IYM) and the titles of Umukuuka I and II.

Before the case was concluded, after the death of Umukuuka II, Masereje manipulated the MOG for change of name, in accordance with the Attorney General's response.

In 2025 April, under Masereje's influence, the MOG caused a Corrigendum.

Now, Masereje is struggling to be part of this civil suit only to defend his fraud.

We appeal to our brothers and sisters from Mwambu not to let these fraudsters divide us, we are one family , we believe in one culture, we are all Bamasaaba.

I pity Mr. Kiboya Martin of UBC who has turned down/disappointed his followers. 

He can continuously be used by Mudoma but this will never change the fact that Masereje calls him Umubuya and doesn't admire associating himself with Bamasaaba. Martin is only being used by the fraudsters and thinks he is a darling to Mudoma.

They discussed why the Imbalu ceremony should continue to be held in Mutoto instead of starting their own in Mutufu.
