Mr Augustus Mulenga, aka King Ceasor has accused city business, Basajjabalaba for being a political copycat, according to King Ceasor, Basajjabalaba is running his campaigns using his Manifesto termed:- "E-Cow" for every NRM delegate.
King Ceasor further accused his opponent for failing to implement the E-Cow Project in his 10 years of leadership as the NRM National Chairperson Entrepreneur's league (CEC).
It should be noted that Ceasor is in a tight race with Basajjabalaba for the position of NRM National Chairperson Entrepreneur's league (CEC), a position Basajjabalaba served in for Ten years.

The contenders Robert Mwesigwa Rukaari, Hassan Basajjabalaba, Edson Ruyondo, Philip Kwijuka Kakuru, Mukesh Babubhai Shukla, Sanjay Tanna, King Ceasor Augustus Mulenga, and Gyaviira Ssemwanga have been engaging grassroots leaders, articulating their visions for transforming Uganda’s entrepreneurial landscape under the NRM’s economic agenda.
Among them, Augustus Mulenga aka King Ceasor, a seasoned businessman & longtime NRM mobilizer, has emerged as a frontrunner, drawing attention for his practical approach to wealth creation and job growth.
Known for his deep connections with both the business community and the party’s grassroots, King Ceasor has been rallying support with a message centered on economic empowerment, market expansion, and policy implementation.
