On Saturday, 23rd August 2025, at the NRM NEC meeting in State House Entebbe before over 3,000 delegates, the President paused and asked for the meaning of a Lunyankole word, “Okukyenula" meaning "Khuyetta" in Lumasaba

In that defining moment, Wepukhulu Emma Biara rose not just as him, but as a son of Bulambuli and Bugisu. With courage, he stood tall and gave meaning to the word until a smile lit up the President’s face.

Wepukhulu did not stop there. He used the very depth of that word to speak for Bulambuli to remind the President, the Speaker of Parliament, and the entire leadership of Uganda that:
