According to Susan Kushaba, the flooding in this viral video is as a result of the disruptions of nature especially Nakivubo channel by Hamis Kiggundu as visibly witnessed after today's downpour that lasted an hour.
"For us who are agitating for better policies and public scrutiny of the agreements about the Nakivubo channel between KCCA and KIHAM enterprises" -Kushaba.

Yesterday, Several shops flooded at downtown, Kampala, following Monday afternoon downpour.
The traders who operate in the affected shops told this publication that they lost an unspecified amount of money due to the floods.
As professional news publishers, we held a one on one with the former Owino Market Boss, Susan Kushaba, who blamed City businessman, Hamis Kiguddu for constructing on top of Nakivubo channel.
"Who is going to pay for such destruction of property and disruption business activities?- Kushaba Asked.
She further noted that politicians, who are not leaders are misadvising the president as his support continues to reduce in Kampala.
