Eng. Julius Nakiyi, the NRM Flag Bearer for Budadiri East, today attended the grand opening of Big Thrills Hotel in Lubaga, Kampala—an impressive new establishment owned by his longtime friend, Mr. John Bosco Bwanika.
The ceremony was presided over by the Archbishop of Kampala Archdiocese, His Grace Paul Ssemogerere, who conducted mass.
He emphasized the importance of supporting local investors whose innovations and investments continue to create jobs, stimulate economic activity, and elevate Uganda’s service standards to international levels.
Eng. Nakiyi further called on government to strengthen incentive frameworks for local entrepreneurs, noting that empowering domestic investors is key to accelerating national development and boosting competitiveness across key sectors.
