Hon. Welikhe Christopher Member of Parliament for Bubulo West Constituency, Manafwa District, wishes to inform the general public that he lost his mobile phone while on official duty in Kampala.

Hon. Welikhe has cautioned members of the public that unknown individuals who stole the phone are fraudulently using it to send messages requesting money. He strongly clarifies that any such messages are NOT from him and urges everyone to ignore them completely to avoid being scammed.

A committed cadre of the National Resistance Movement (NRM), Hon. Welikhe is currently serving on the Office of the President’s mobilisation team, which is spearheading nationwide efforts to mobilise support for H.E. the President during this crucial campaign period. His dedication, loyalty, and experience continue to play a vital role in strengthening the party’s presence across the country.

Despite not proceeding through the recent NRM primaries in Bubulo West, Hon. Welikhe chose unity and party discipline over personal ambition. In recognition of his unwavering commitment, he was entrusted by the President with national mobilisation responsibilities, having declared that he would not contest as an independent.

Public Transport: Thieves operate within crowded areas and taxi parks, where they can easily disappear into slums and escape routes after snatching items.

Entertainment Venues: Spies reportedly monitor people with expensive phones in bars and restaurants and alert accomplices outside.
