According to the survey carried in different Wards and Cells In Mbale City indicates 60% of the the voters don't trust or believe in their previous leaders due to empty promises and poor representation.
Though 72% will vote for NRM, 10% FDC 1% NUP, 20% independent & 7% others.

Lydia Wanyoto Mutende is a Ugandan lawyer, politician and diplomat, who served as the Deputy Special Representative of the Chairperson of African Union Commission (DSRCC), based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. From July 2014 until August 2014, she temporarily served as Head of the African Union Mission to Somalia.[1]
She was also the NRM National chairperson, Women's league, a position she loast mid this year.
