Her Name is Nekesa Barbra Oundo, a Ugandan politician and diplomat who serves as Uganda's High Commissioner to South Africa, based in Pretoria.
She's also the National Treasurer of the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) and has previously served as the state minister for Karamoja affairs in the Cabinet of Uganda.
She has previously been very vital during the campaign rallies of President Museveni in Bukedi, Teso and Bugisu region.
Nekesa is happily married to a prominent businessman and Sironko District NRM boss, Hajji Suleiman Mafabi Lumolo, she has more than 2 handsome Boys and 2 beautiful daughters, of whom she has kept away from the media.
Early Life and Education: Born on June 6, 1984, in Busia District, Eastern Region, Uganda, Oundo attended Bubulo Girls School and Mbogo High School before graduating with a Bachelor of Human Resources Management degree from Makerere University in 2009, she has also attained more than 3 degrees from various international Universities.
Her Career Highlights: She Successfully ran on the NRM ticket for the parliamentary Busia district women's constituency seat in 2011 & was Appointed state minister for Karamoja affairs in May 2011. Served as the elected member of Parliament for Busia District women's representative in the 9th parliament (2011-2016), but lost to Jane Nabulindo Kwoba in the 2016 parliamentary elections
Personal Life: She has kept her family a secret and reserved, she is very much connected to the church and very reserved. She has also always kept herself away from media, unless if the issu is so sensitive and needed her response.
Many of those she works with at the NRM secretariat have referred to her as the humble soul.
