Yesterday Mulatsi Secondary School was among the schools celebrating a major milestone as its students joined 2,434 learners from 9 schools across Mbale District who were passed out after completing patriotism training at Nabumali High School.
The 7-day training focused on discipline, civic responsibility, unity, and love for our country. Students underwent drills, lessons, and community work aimed at molding responsible future leaders.
Mulatsi SS contributed 350 students to the pass-out parade. The group included 280 students from Senior One and 70 students from Senior Five who were passed out.
Mulatsi SS Headteacher Mr. Samanya Peter accompanied the students to Nabumali High School to witness the milestone.
While addressing the students after the parade, Mr. Samanya thanked them for their persistence and resilience throughout the week-long program. He commended their discipline and urged them to carry the values of patriotism, hard work, and integrity back to school and into their communities.
