Police in Karamoja region has yesterday 16th 2023, August arrested a 21-year-old man, with a huge number of ammunition.
At kapedo checkpoint, a bus passenger aboard Robolyn bus was arrested with 145 SMG Ammunition.
The arrested was identified as Lokong Lucky, who was travelling from Kitgum heading to Lolelia Subcounty in Kaabong District.
It should be noted that Government has for many years embarked on collecting all illegal guns owned by cattle keepers in the region.
