During a church fundraising ceremony in Bufukhula, Nabongo, Hon. *Biara Emmanuel Wepukhulu* clarified that as the NRM flag bearer, he wants to set the record straight about the party's manifesto. He explained that the NRM launched its manifesto in Munyonyo, which includes cattle restocking, not cattle compensation. He emphasized that restocking means providing cows to each household, whereas compensation would imply paying for even those that died and all costs. Biara further noted that each household will receive five cows, just like in other regions. He attributed the delay in receiving these benefits to poor leadership that lacks lobbying power, effective communication, and connections to key stakeholders.
