Ministers Betty Amongi and Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng few weeks ago launch their campaign programmes in Lira City, signalling the start of a closely watched political contest ahead of the 2026 elections.
Amongi the UPC flagbearer is rallying UPC supporters, while Dr. Aceng is highlighting her development record as she seeks to reinforce her support base.
