On this solemn day of Good Friday, I join all Christians across Uganda and the world in reflection and prayer as we remember the sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ on the cross.
This day reminds us of the depth of God’s love, the power of humility, and the meaning of true sacrifice. It calls us to reflect on our own lives — to embrace compassion, forgiveness, and service to one another, especially in times when our nation and communities need unity and hope.
As we observe this sacred moment, may the message of the cross strengthen our faith, renew our hearts, and guide us to live with kindness, patience, and love for one another.
I wish all Christians a blessed and peaceful Good Friday.
