Kampala – In a message of unity and forward-looking optimism, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology (MoICT), Dr. Aminah Zawedde, has congratulated President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni ahead of his swearing-in ceremony, while calling on all Ugandans to embrace peace during this important national moment.
